PRE-ORDERS

Founder Edition orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided your order has not entered production or shipment.

After 48 hours, all Founder Edition purchases become final, as each order is prepared exclusively for its original purchaser.

DELIVERY

Founder Edition orders are expected to begin shipping on or around November 11, 2026.

Shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production, packaging, logistics, or carrier delays.

If Maison Bardhi is unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of skincare products, opened or used items cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item or issue a refund, where appropriate.
